Deposit Payments

• 20% at the time of booking.
• 40% by 31 may 2025.
• 40% balance payment by 14 august 2025 months before the tour.

Cancellation terms:

• 10% of the tour cost is non refundable once booked
• Cancellation upto 30 june 2025, 90% refund
• Cancellation upto 31 july 2025, 50% refund
• Cancellation from 1 august 2025, 100% cancellation charges
• If you have a room partner who cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement, if applicable

Please Note:

• The cost is based on a minimum of 13 guests travelling together.
• We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
• The activities cannot be guaranteed, rescheduled, or refunded on late arrival at the agreed meeting points.

Important Notes for this Trip:

• Being in good physical conditional is essential to the enjoyment and safety of the walk.
• Accomodation in some places are in boutique hotels where all rooms are not alike.
• Some hotels do not have Twin Bedded rooms but will provide 2 blankets if required.
• The walks are not technically difficult, but it is physically challenging.
• Overseas medical insurance is a must on this trip.
• Your baggage allowance on this entire journey can only be 1 medium and 1 small bag.
