It was a well organised private holiday for us by Odyssey. We should have extended our stay at each destination by 2 more days to visit more places and get a leisurely experience. We enjoyed street food at each place: it was marvellous to say the least; however we were careful to eat only at those vendors where the turnover of people was high to ensure that the food was fresh. At Chiang Mai we could not visit the Hmong village because the road was closed due to repair works. The travel agent at Chiang Mai could have alerted Odyssey about this. We travelled by Jet Air. They administered a shock by cancelling our return flight; we however could make alternative arrangements on IndiGo.

The Israel Jordon trip was very well planned and well executed .They covered the old and historical places very well. We had an excellent guide in Micheal who made it very interesting. He knowledge of history mythology etc was very good and he answered all our queries patiently. The hotels were also good with good food.The weather was a bit too cold but that is just our luck!

We contacted Odyssey on the reference from a friend. We found their response very prompt, prices competitive and the service exemplary. Odyssey gave a comprehensive service, meeting our every requirement satisfactorily. Their associates at the destination were excellent and provided efficient and attentive service. The guides allotted to us were knowledgeable and helpful. They were always on time.

Service on the train was very good and the tours were well done. For a luxury train it was a little rundown with broken tiles, dirty grout, fixtures that needed better cleaning. The train shook excessively making it difficult to sleep. Food was good with a wide choice of items

This holiday was a perfect combination of vacationer's wants and travel agent knowledge ability and expertise. Odyssey ticked all the boxes and crossed the Ts to an adventure thought out by the travelers. At every stop the arrangements made by Odyssey were admirable and complete and I cannot rate them highly enough for efficiency, diligence and excellent communications. I would not hesitate to make use of the Odyssey team again should I venture into India again. Thank you for turning a holiday into a lifetime experience!

We had booked the above holiday through Odyssey in May. Right from the planning stage to the execution, including Visas for the above countries was handled by them. Neha Salve worked hard and ensured that we got our Visas inspite of the heavy rush at the Greece Embassy. Our Hotels Lares Park in Istanbul was just 100 mts from Taksim square , and Best Western in Athens again was very close to Plaka . The holiday was very well planned to the last detail. Excellent arrangements at the properties, the driver was naive, should know important landmarks, should keep water in the vehicle for long drive, should be briefed regarding the number of km per day the guest can use, should know the eateries enroute.

We had a good experience, the cab driver was very good, the hotels in Agra and Jaipur was very good. The Delhi hotel was Ok as we thought it was a 3/4 star one but we did not get that feeling of a 3/4 star.

The Odyssey Travel representative was approachable and he clarified all our doubts.

Our trip was very good organized. All our requests have been checked prompt and we got many useful tips regarding activities at the place where we were staying.

Nicely organized; hotels were excellent, but very different in their character; I liked most the flair of Udaipur with its lakes, and palaces.

I really appreciated how they co operated with us on all accounts and really catered to kind of holiday we wanted. Thanks to them we managed to have a great holiday....have booked with them twice and looking forward to booking next one with them as well.

Many thanks to Neha Salve for once again doing the impossible. Despite being desperately short of time, in fact so short we picked up the tickets and vouchers just before departing to Mumbai, she arranged the visa and travel documents with her usual efficiency. The itinerary was just what was needed in order to enjoy a wonderful albeit hectic holiday to Eastern Europe.
Thank you Neha once again for always coming through for us I spite of the almost impossible demands we make. I always wanted to see Eastern Europe and was a real delight.

Well arranged and well planed trip from our Pune city airport to Delhi, Hong Kong, Macau by ferry & Shenzhen by train & return. All pickups & dr~ops facilities from airport to hotels & various locations, sight-seeing all around the city, local markets while staying in the middle of the city, free street walk enjoying with local people at our convenience.

Amazing stay at the Venetian Macau Resort Hotel & breakfast at Cafe Deco & Fogo Samba. The big Casino & gaming area with beautiful lobby, shopping centre and eateries. Each day was pleasant with fresh & healthy breakfast, then tour with guide, food in Indian restaurant, international Buffet Dinner on Harbour Cruise Bauhinia with symphony of light show, live song & dance floor. We thank Odyssey Tours & Travels, Pune & Staff for their efforts to make our trip so memorable.

At one stage it looked like we had to cancel the trip due to my "20 year passport", not valid anymore! The staff did a great job in getting the passport renewed, visa obtained and the ticket confirmed in time! Even small details like online seat bookings were handled.
Overall the journey went off well.

Jordan holiday went exactly as planned. Firas from Emilio Travel in Amman accompanied us throughout our Jordan trip. He was punctual and courteous. Accomodation sel~ected by Neha from Odyssey at Amman (Geneva Hotel) and Petra Moon in Petra were upto our satisfaction. A fascinating country worth a visit. Petra is always spoken of and it stood the test of being a great tourist destination, however Firas'' suggestion of going to Shoubak instead of Karak was excellent. The Citadel in Amman deserves more time than just a stopover on our way to Madaba and Mt. Nebo.

We started planning our Switzerland vacation with a folder Swiss Bliss on my laptop and it truly was a blissful vacation. As always we trusted Ashwini from Odyssey to do a great job for us and once again our expectations were fulfilled. We kept it to a rather smallish trip of just 7 days, but we are very happy with the places we saw in these 7 days. Interlaken is truly beautiful with the small swiss shops and nice and warm cafes along the main street. We visited Jungfrau region which is a major tourist attraction. I guess we would have not missed too much if we would have given Gstaad a miss. Its just another small swiss village with really ntn to do. Lucerne has got more like a big city feel to it but also has some really good lakeside cafes and bars. It also has an amazing night life. Mt. Titlis is also a good tourist place but we were unfortunate to get bad weather on that day. Our last stop was Zurich and we witnessed one of the biggest parties of Europe the Annual Street Parade. It was an amazing experience to see thousands of people on the streets for and outrageous party.
Overall a great and memorable trip.

Everything met our expectations except wifi. We were promised wifi at all hotels, all of which did not have consistent service.
